outlook won't open

I have Outlook 2010 it absolutely was working fine. I downloaded Office 2016. After I downloaded 2016 my Outlook won't open. I actually have tried a repair, Outlook.exe, I actually have uninstalled, reinstalled, I have even restored my computer to a date before I installed office 2016 and still, outlook won't open. I wish I never installed Office 2016. Is there anyone who will help me...and yes my computer windows are updated.
